Appeal to the world community on the murder of Edwin Santos, a Venezuelan democratic activist by the regime
To whom it may concern,

Edwin Santos Quiñones, a young Catholic political leader and volunteer, father of two small children, activist and local leader of the opposition movement Voluntad Popular, was found murdered, two days after government officials kidnapped him. His body was dumped at the side of a bridge in Venezuela with signs of torture.
His death will not be in vain. He will be remembered by the brave people of Venezuela.

Men and women of good will everywhere should call on world leaders to bring Nicolas Maduro, and the individuals responsible for this crime before the International Criminal Court in the Hague.

Respectfully,
